Apple Intelligence Approved in China

Chinese regulators have approved the rollout of Apple Intelligence, as Apple needs to meet local licensing requirements for generative AI services.
While Apple partners with Google and OpenAI globally, restrictions on foreign AI tools in the Chinese market have pushed it to collaborate with local players like Baidu and Alibaba. However, this approval doesn't mean the features will be available to Chinese users immediately; analysts suggest the actual launch might be delayed until later this year or even longer.
