Claude Code 2.1.211 Update Released

Claude Code 2.1.211 has released several CLI and prompt-level updates:
- Added the --forward-subagent-text option and corresponding environment variable to output sub-agent text and thoughts to stream-json.
- Fixed an issue where permission preview forwarding to the chat channel didn't properly neutralize bidirectional overrides, zero-width characters, and similar quote characters, preventing tool inputs from being visually "disguised".
- This update also mentions additions to prompt files, a slight increase in bundle size, and clearer explanations for "exact string replacement" in the editing tool.
