An enhancer-gene regulatory interaction map for the human genome has been released, alongside an updated model. Updates include: - New model version - Expanded map covering 1400+ biological samples - Larger validated CRISPR dataset - Instructions on how to use the model The author noted that this work took 4 years to complete, involving a massive team where the author list alone cannot fully capture all contributions.
