Salesforce integrates hosted MCP into Slackbot

Salesforce announced the launch of Hosted MCP Servers within Slackbot.
This allows users to connect Salesforce data and custom MCP tools to Slack without writing custom integration code. Official use cases include querying records via conversation, triggering workflows, and viewing Tableau insights, emphasizing the seamless connection between the Salesforce platform and an organization's internal work OS.
