Coasty Launches API for Computer-Use Agents

Coasty (YC S26) released an API designed for computer-use agents: developers can use natural language tasks to let agents complete workflows in browsers, remote desktops, or legacy desktop software.

The design approach allows agents to perceive the current interface via screenshots, execute actions using the mouse and keyboard, and iterate based on the results, without relying on DOM, accessibility trees, selectors, or specific system integrations. The author emphasized that this handles shifting button locations, pop-ups, slow loading, and unexpected states much better than traditional RPA.
