做法是给 agent 加一条很容易检查的规则：每次回复都必须先叫用户名字。这条规则本身很简单，但如果 agent 中途开始漏掉它，往往也意味着其它更重要的指令正在失效，通常是上下文快满或会话已经开始漂移。作者把它称为“矿井里的金丝雀”：一旦不再按这个模式输出，就该尽快重置上下文。
