Claude Code Takes Over Customer Service Bot Optimization
hermanschutte · x · 2026-07-15
After being integrated into SiteSpeak's customer service chatbot for analysis, Claude Code can automatically read months of conversations, cluster unanswered questions, fill in knowledge gaps, and "re-train" the bot, requiring only human final approval.
The author adds that this plugin can read and modify real settings, including: prompts, models, temperature, knowledge sources (adding pages/re-scraping), lead capture and human handoff, suggested opening questions, and inbox routing. It asks before every write operation and won't modify the bot on its own. Once installed, users can directly ask it why the bot failed to answer, how to optimize conversions, or which chatbot has the worst answer rate.
