Lightweight S2F Model Cherimoya Achieves SOTA

Yesterday at ISCB RegSys, the author introduced Cherimoya: a lightweight sequence-to-function (S2F) model that reportedly achieves state-of-the-art performance on this task.
The author noted that the model has been used internally at the Programmable Genomics Laboratory for several months and is now being officially shared with the public.
