Meta AI Sued Over Layoff Decisions

Meta is being sued by 26 employees over using AI to determine layoff targets.
The lawsuit alleges that the system failed to adequately account for medical, disability, and family leave. Ironically, the source notes that employees on leave were undervalued by the system simply because they didn't "generate enough AI tokens."
