Claude Code 2.1.210 Supplementary Changelog

This is a supplementary changelog for Claude Code 2.1.210. In addition to previously mentioned features, it lists some more internal-facing changes:
- Added CLI surface: --publish-report, --report
- claude-haiku- related items appeared in models
- Compared to 2.1.209, the bundle file size increased by 136.8 kB (+0.4%)
- Prompt files increased by 2, and prompt tokens increased by 1,160 (+1.3%)
- The prompt token mix shifted: the proportion of system-reminder decreased, system increased, and tools decreased
This update is primarily aimed at those tracking the evolution of the CLI version and prompt/tool invocation structures.
