OpenAI Codex Update: GPT-5.6 and Parallel Tasks

OpenAI's Head of Developer Relations showcased the latest developer-focused features of Codex. Codex can now use GPT-5.6 to handle complex tasks, supporting parallel work, computer operation, inline code editing, and PR reviews.
An easter egg for an unreleased feature also unexpectedly appeared at the end of the video.
