AI Exposes Pointless Jobs

The author argues that Anthropic misdiagnoses the threat of job displacement: the issue isn't AI itself, but rather how AI illuminates the reality that many roles were already doing almost nothing.
They go further to state that many positions, such as PMs, simply shouldn't exist. Even if defenders argue these roles provide value by coordinating different teams, the author firmly maintains their stance.
