Suggestions for Codex Plan Mode Interaction

This post makes a specific feature request for Codex: the ability to toggle between modes using Shift + Tab just like Cursor, particularly to switch to plan/goal/agent mode.
The author believes Cursor currently offers a more mature planning mode experience. In contrast, Codex's planning mode feels unintuitive, leaving users unsure of how to translate plans into actionable implementation steps.
