Crew: Multi-Agent Collaboration for Claude Code

The author's team built a tool called Crew, designed to enable multiple Claude Code agents to collaborate within the same repository without relying on worktrees.
Its design philosophy includes:
- Agents can share real-time context;
- They can send direct messages to each other;
- They are aware of other agents' working status, reducing redundant work and overwriting.
The author is seeking feedback: What is the biggest pain point in multi-agent collaboration? Will people stick with worktrees, or try this approach? What features would most encourage adoption?
