Dotenvx 2.0 Enables System-Level Secret Storage

Dotenvx 2.0 introduces a new feature: native OS secret storage.
By simply running dotenvx native up, private keys are securely stored in the system's built-in key manager, such as the macOS Keychain. The author emphasizes that this ensures agents cannot read these secrets or unlock them without permission.
