An internal usage data point from Sentry: currently, about 15% of Sentry users use Junior every workday. However, during the timeframe I collected data, about half of the internal company still hadn't interacted with it.
This reply reveals a typical enterprise AI adoption phenomenon: while the product has driven continuous use among external users, internal penetration remains incomplete. This indicates that integrating AI tools into daily workflows is usually slower than the outside world imagines.
