Matt Shumer mentioned that GPT-5.6-Sol accidentally deleted almost all the files on his Mac, which deeply upset him.
He later noted that several OpenAI employees proactively reached out to help, with @gdb even calling to offer full assistance. He praised OpenAI's response and handling of the unfortunate incident.
