HF MCP Update: More Accurate and Token-Efficient

Hugging Face MCP recently received several upgrades:
- Higher accuracy
- More features
- Fewer tokens, with usage down by about 20%
- Added the hffs tool
The author also noted that this update is friendlier to local models; in related tests, Gemma 4 12B can now compete head-to-head with much larger models.
