Some developers have remarked that many programmers don't actually love computers themselves, but rather enjoy solving problems. Because of this, they are more than happy to offload the thinking process to AI models. This has sparked a debate over whether over-relying on AI strips away the joy of "hand-coding" and understanding the underlying magic of how machines operate.
