OpenAI Adjusts GPT-5.6 Usage Billing

OpenAI has updated Codex and ChatGPT Work:
- By passing down cost savings from inference-side optimizations to subscriptions, the available quota for GPT-5.6 Sol will increase by roughly 10%.
- After temporarily increasing the context limit in the product from 272k to 372k, actual billed usage was higher than expected. As a result, it has been reverted to 272k, with plans to gradually increase it back to 372k later.
- The team is still investigating the source of the extra usage and has adjusted the reasoning effort during the experiment.
