OSDI'25 Paper: OpenTela Unifies Heterogeneous Compute for Sovereign AI

This research will be presented at the OSDI conference this week. The paper proposes the OpenTela system, designed to unify heterogeneous computing resources across HPC (High-Performance Computing) clusters to support model serving deployments for Sovereign AI.
The project is open-source, with relevant trace datasets and code provided.
