AI Efficiency Gains Could Widen the Competitive Gap

The author argues that if both you and your competitor become 3x more efficient through AI, the result isn't necessarily a fair "everyone is stronger" scenario. Instead, the inherently stronger party will likely widen the gap even further.
He points out that simply embracing AI harder won't automatically close this gap—unless your competitor avoids AI completely, or your industry doesn't rely on core capabilities like AI coding.
