Microsoft Accused of Concealing Copilot Flaws

Microsoft is facing a class-action lawsuit accusing it of concealing problems with its Copilot product. The suit claims Microsoft failed to adequately disclose Copilot's UX flaws, data silos, interoperability issues, and its flagship AI models lagging behind competitors in benchmarks.
The complaint also alleges Microsoft had to add billions in extra capital expenditures and divert Azure's GPU/CPU compute power to sustain Copilot. The original post suggests that Microsoft is cannibalizing its more profitable Azure business while still struggling to convert M365 users into paid Copilot subscribers, which is a major red flag.
