Grok Build Optimizes Agent Dashboard

Grok Build has rolled out another update, focusing on making the Agent Dashboard more user-friendly.
Key improvements in v0.2.99 include:
- Multi-line input in the dashboard now works just like in regular chat
- When the cursor is focused on the prompt, PageUp/PageDown can scroll the conversation
- With Vim mode enabled, the shortcut popup now respects Vim navigation keys
Overall, this is an engineering-focused UX iteration, primarily optimizing long conversations and keyboard-centric workflows.
