Claude Paid Usage Limits Extended

Anthropic announced:
- Claude Fable 5 access will expand to all paid plans.
- Claude Code weekly rate limits will continue to be increased by 50%, extended to July 19.
This update primarily improves usage quotas and the overall experience for paying users.
