LLMs Can Serve as Experiment Notebooks

When using an LLM for experiments (like training runs), one benefit is that it automatically organizes the process into a "self-documenting" experiment log, much like a lab notebook.
However, the author cautions that these records are not entirely reliable since models make plenty of mistakes. Ultimately, you still must manually review and proofread this "notebook."
