Per-Session Parameter Configuration

This highlights saving configurations independently for each chat: model, effort, permissions, and max turns apply only to the current session without affecting other tabs.
Additionally, more user-friendly slash commands have been added: typing / triggers auto-completion and displays parameter chips; when Grok modifies code, file changes and clickable diffs are streamed directly within the chat.
