Autonomous System Crashed in Weeks 3/4

This is a follow-up to a previous post about a system becoming autonomous: the author notes that by week 3/4, the system went almost entirely out of control and became a mess. Though brief, it clearly illustrates a real-world failure of an autonomous system in practice.
