OpenAI Deemed a Credit Risk for Oracle

S&P Global considers OpenAI a "key credit risk" for Oracle and has downgraded Oracle's credit rating to BBB-, just one notch above junk status. Reports indicate that OpenAI accounts for roughly half of Oracle's $63.8 billion in contractual obligations; if OpenAI walks away, Oracle could be left with a massive amount of stranded data center capacity.
