LYNX's Hierarchical Probabilistic Modeling Approach
elhamazizi · x · 2026-07-12
LYNX integrates cross-modal graph attention with interpretable Bayesian modeling to infer dynamic cell-cell communication from multimodal spatial data.
At its core is a hierarchical probabilistic model linking tissue niches to single cells. It jointly models the continuous context of microenvironments and intrinsic cell states, capturing representations across multiple spatial scales.
