ChatGPT Developer Mode Supports Seamless Custom MCP Addition

ChatGPT's developer mode gets an update: memory and custom instructions are no longer forcibly disabled. This means users can now easily add and use custom MCP (Model Context Protocol) without sacrificing original personalization settings.
