Apple Sues OpenAI for Stealing Hardware Trade Secrets

Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI, accusing it of stealing Apple's trade secrets at all levels, from junior technical staff to the Chief Hardware Officer, to develop competitive consumer AI hardware. Those involved include former Apple employees now working on AI hardware at OpenAI. Elon Musk later shared the news and mocked OpenAI.
