Apple Accuses OpenAI of Stealing Offboarding Docs

Apple alleges that departing employees were advised not to disclose their move to OpenAI or mention the "dreaded walk out" to prolong their stay and maintain access to confidential systems.
Apple also claims OpenAI recruiters reviewed an internal Apple document labeled "Need to Know" regarding employee offboarding and security protocols, which the recruit saw before officially resigning.
