Hermes Adds Stripe Skills

Nous has integrated Stripe skills into Hermes, equipping agents with three new capabilities:
- Purchasing items directly on the open web
- Accessing pay-per-call APIs
- Subscribing to SaaS services autonomously
This transitions agents from merely answering queries to executing transactions and basic business operations, representing a significant step for agent toolchains and automated workflows.
