Perplexity Unveils Its AI Orchestrator

Arav Srinivas introduced Perplexity's in-house orchestrator: built on a post-trained GLM 5.2, it seamlessly upgrades to Opus as needed. The team noted that they will add more compute to further boost performance, suggesting rapid quality iterations for the system. He also mentioned that Grok 4.5 and Opus Fast are performing quite well.
