The Feldar team explained that they built this product because many AI-enabled writing tools still treat writing as a "content generation" problem: inputting a prompt to output a finished product, or merely attaching a chatbox next to a document. The team believes this approach doesn't fit real writing workflows. They aim to keep **control, context, and aesthetic judgment** as close to the text as possible, making the machine act more like an "extension of the hand." This helps users quickly edit, expand, and polish text without taking away the tactile feel and rhythm of writing itself.
