JD Launches an AI Interview Agent to Compress Consumer Research From Weeks to Hours
京东JoyAI · wechat · 2026-07-21
京Dong JoyMarketing introduced Shengfang, an AI-powered deep-interview research assistant that automates the full workflow of professional qualitative research.
The system breaks a research project into multiple agents: a planning agent that turns business goals into an interview plan, a recruiting agent that matches samples via JD’s ecosystem and private traffic, a live interview agent that keeps probing consumers naturally, and an analysis agent that cleans data, extracts semantics, and generates reports.
JoyMarketing says the tool can compress a research cycle from weeks to hours and scale to thousands of concurrent interviews. It is already being used across consumer goods, liquor, 3C, maternal-and-baby, and other sectors, with examples from Wuliangye, JD’s own toy team, Honor, and Nestlé.
