Enterprise AI software company Lyzr closed a $100 million Series B round, with pre/post-money valuations reported at $500 million. The company noted that investor interest during the raise surpassed $400 million before closing.
Notably, Lyzr revealed that its proprietary AI agent, Agent Sam, actively participated in the fundraising process. It reached out to over 130 investors, scheduled follow-up meetings, and handled FAQs, allowing the management team to focus on business terms and closing the deal.
