As a heavy user, the author's first impression of GPT-5.6 is that it is "incredibly strong." They tested it by feeding it a complex Python prompt/engine consisting of about 15,000 lines of code, originally generated collaboratively by Opus/Fable over several weeks.
As a result, the model identified 47 areas for improvement, including:
- Hardening logic
- Enhancing reliability
- Improving efficiency
- Boosting output quality
Furthermore, it completed the analysis and implemented the modifications in just 10 minutes.
