AWS Launches Claude Apps Gateway
AWS ML Blog · rss · 2026-07-09
AWS has launched Claude apps gateway, a self-hosted control plane designed to help enterprises centrally manage access, costs, and policies for Claude Code and Claude Desktop.
Integrated directly into the Claude Code CLI, the gateway is deployed as a stateless container and supports authentication via OpenID Connect. It offers five core features: identity management, policy enforcement, telemetry monitoring, inference routing, and spend limits by organization or individual. Enterprises can keep data within the AWS security perimeter via Amazon Bedrock or use Claude Platform on AWS for a native experience.
