Fable 5 Spawns 161 Agents in One Go

The author used a "check code status and blueprint" prompt to have Fable 5 do project planning. However, the model took "check for weaknesses" far too literally and generated a massive validation process.
What Happened
- After a routine request, the system suddenly spawned 161 agents
- Consumed 7 million tokens within minutes
- Eventually hit the rate limit of his €200 Max x20 plan, temporarily locking the account

- He had just stepped away to use the restroom
- Returned to find his quota "nuked"
- Now terrified of letting it run unattended
