In a project almost entirely developed by an agent, the author discovered that overly long, repetitive, or outdated documentation could negatively impact Claude's judgment. Examples included: extensive completed history in reading lists, inconsistent naming for the same payment method, tables corrected by footnotes but not in the main text, and rules pointing to invalid Windows paths.
