FlowScript: A Markdown Skill Execution Framework

The author released a FlowScript prototype: while keeping the human-readable SKILL.md, it adds a FLOWSCRIPT.md for the harness to parse the execution flow. The runtime executes LLM, validator, and Python nodes in the declared order and only allows explicitly declared branches.
