IBM Unveils 0.7nm Chip Process

IBM has disclosed a new 0.7nm chip manufacturing technology, claiming it can integrate nearly 100 billion transistors into an area the size of a fingernail. Official metrics indicate that compared to 2nm chips, the density roughly doubles, with maximum energy efficiency gains of 70% and performance improvements of up to 50%.
