The industry has recently welcomed several SOTA-level models, including Fable 5, GPT 5.6, Grok 4.5, and GLM 5.2. Because these models involve different trade-offs regarding intelligence, latency, and cost, enterprises and products should mix and match them in their business workflows based on their specific needs, rather than relying purely on "model agnosticism" as a competitive moat.
