Brave Browser Announces Support for AI Agent Payment Protocols

Brave announced it will integrate support for x402 and the Machine Payment Protocol (MPP) to promote agentic commerce. This feature will be incorporated into the Brave Search API and other projects, enabling the browser to process autonomous transactions from AI agents in a privacy-preserving and secure manner.
