Index: An Offline Code Indexing Tool

The author released a tool called index, which builds module, symbol, and dependency graphs for multi-repository workspaces in seconds and generates an offline HTML wiki. It runs completely offline with zero dependencies, and can be used directly via the command line or imported through Python after installation.
