Scan Local AI Sessions for Data Leaks
hoop-dev · reddit · 2026-07-09
The author released an open-source tool to locally scan AI coding session logs for secrets, private information, and other sensitive data.
The tool supports scanning sessions from Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenCode. It identifies API keys, AWS keys, private keys, credit card numbers, SSNs, etc., outputting only entity types and counts without exposing raw matched values, making it safe to share reports without leaking privacy.
