Context Pollution in Multi-Step Agents

While testing multi-step agent workflows, the author found that hallucinations in Step 3 aren't primarily the model's fault. Instead, raw scraped data from Step 1 lingers in the context, causing Step 3 to treat this "dirty data" as fact.
