Microsoft Switches to In-House Models for Office

According to Bloomberg, Microsoft has started using its own MAI models for some Copilot traffic in Excel and Outlook, rather than relying on OpenAI or Anthropic. The report notes that this switch already covers tens of thousands of weekly prompts.
